Shop Policies
Please be sure to read my shop policies before making your first purchase!
- Processing/Shipping times: Standard processing time for non-custom orders is 7 days although during times where I receive a large number of orders I may need additional time to package items, label them, and drop them off at the post office! I try to make it to the post office every Friday but this may change at any time. Please allow a maximum of 10 days for your order to ship!
- Payment Plans: These are welcome on all pendant purchases over $50 or crystal purchases over $100.Payment plans must be worked out in advance via email or social media messages. Products are not sent out until payment plans are paid in full. Initial deposits to start a payment plan are non refundable!
- Returns: Returns are not accepted unless the item you receive is significantly different than what you believe you purchased. Once orders leave my hands, I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. I do take extreme caution when packaging orders so that your items arrive safely to you!
- Refunds: If there are ever any issues with your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Even if I am unable to issue a refund, I am always willing to work with you to find a solution that will keep both of us happy
- Custom Orders: I take custom orders for pendants on a case by case basis! If you are interested in a custom, please reach out to me via email: [email protected], or via social media (@TheOpalLotus on Twitter and Instagram)
- For other artists and small businesses: I love working with other small businesses and artists. If you are ever interested in a collab, joint giveaway, or trade, feel free to reach out via email or social media!
- Social Media & Reviews: If you do make a purchase from my shop, I would love for you to share your new goods on social media and tag me! I currently use twitter and Instagram, both under the handle: @TheOpalLotus :)
